1. What areas do you serve?
I currently offer in-home sessions in Syosset, Woodbury, Plainview, Melville, and Farmingdale. Please contact me to confirm availability in your area.
2. What should I have at home for training?
Dedicated workout space and some essential equipment. Bodyweight exercises are a good way to start. What we will need in the future is a set of light, medium and heavy dumbbells, some exercise bands, and a yoga mat for comfort.
3. How long is each session?
Sessions are typically 60 minutes long.
4. Do you offer training for beginners?
Absolutely. I work with all fitness levels, from total beginners to experienced athletes. Every session is tailored to your current level of fitness.
5. Do you help with injuries or post-rehab training?
Yes, I specialize in functional strength and mobility training. With your physician or therapist's clearance, we can safely build a recovery program.
6. What should I wear or prepare for my session?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and have a small, open space ready. I'll handle the rest.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
I require a 24-hr notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations are subject to a fee.
8. What is your rate?
Rates will vary but will be discussed during the first consultation. Prices starting at $130.
9. Are you a nationally accredited certified and insured in-home personal trainer?
Yes. I have been a NSCA-CPT since 2008. Certified and insured.
