We’ll start with simple portion visuals and habit goals. Detailed tracking is used only if it supports your progress and mindset.
3. Will I have to give up my favorite foods?
No. We use an 80/20 framework—nutrient-dense choices most of the time, strategic treats the rest—so accountability stays high.
4. How fast will I lose weight?
Expect a sustainable -0.5–1 lbs of body weight per week. Rapid drops are discouraged to preserve muscle and hormonal health.
5. What kind of exercise is included?
A mix of strength training, cardio and mobility tailored to your fitness level and available equipment no crash boot camps.
6. Can this program help manage conditions like pre-diabetes or high blood pressure?
Yes. Nutrition and activity protocols align with evidence-based guidelines for metabolic health but always consult your physician first.
7. What should I have at home for training?
A small, dedicated workout space is ideal. Exercises primarily body-weight-based, having light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, resistance bands and a yoga mat will support future progress.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
I require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee.
9. What is your rate?
Rates start at $130 per session and will be confirmed during your initial consultation.
10. Are you a certified and insured in-home personal trainer?
Yes. I’ve been a certified NSCA-CPT since 2008 and am fully insured.
