1. What qualifications or certifications do you have?
I have been an NSCA-CPT (National Strength and Conditioning Association - Certified Personal Trainer) since 2008. In addition I’ve completed EFTI (Equinox Fitness Training Institute) Tier 1/2/3/3+ level and also earned a NPTI (National Personal Training Institute) diploma. Extra credits: TRX, VipR, Kettlebell L1 and more.

I focus on functional movements that enhance daily performance, longevity and reduce the risks of getting injured - while educating my clients every step of the way. My training philosophy is grounded in science and built for real life.
4. How often should I train with you?
Frequency of training sessions will be based on your goals and needs.
5. Is in-home training as effective as working out at a gym?
Personalized approach makes workouts highly effective, even with limited space or equipment.
6. Do you offer nutritional advice?
I am not a registered dietitian, but we will talk about general guidelines about nutrition and diet and how to adopt healthy choices to get to your goal.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
I require a 24-hr notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations are subject to a fee.
8. What is your rate?
Rates start at $130 per session and will be confirmed during your initial consultation.
